• Advanced technology: Professional Land Services, Inc. strives to keep pace with the most modern technology available in the surveying business. Our field equipment includes RTK–GPS equipment, Static GPS equipment and electronic robotic total stations with data collectors. We can currently equip two field crews. Our office is equipped with four computer workstations running Carlson, AutoCad and MicroStation software for survey computations and drafting.
• Diverse services: We regularly perform large boundary surveys, lot surveys, estate surveys, subdivisions, construction surveys, route surveys and topographic surveys. As a consulting forester, Clint Tidwell can appraise your standing timber and provide a marketing service to sell timber at the top price available

• Strong history: Professional Land Services, Inc. was established in 1986 with offices in Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky by K. Max Billingsley and Shannon D. Tidwell as a land surveying, forestry consulting and mapping firm. In 1987, Mike Akins joined the firm, and in 1996, Clint Tidwell joined the firm. From 1989 to 2000, our offices were located in Jackson, Tennessee and Ripley, Mississippi. In 2000, the two offices were split into separate firms, but continue to associate on projects if needed.
